• Engage in client meetings and assist with proposals
• Prepare project budgets and timelines
• Collect and coordinate estimates from subcontractors

• Maintain organized records using Buildertrend
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in construction coordination
• Strong grasp of construction terminology
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
