What do Pre-Board Screening Officers do?

You will be using your exceptional customer service skills to uphold the safety of passengers and create a positive travel experience by:

• Efficiently screening passengers and baggage through airport security checkpoints
• Scanning and testing baggage for prohibited items using X-ray machines, metal detectors and other technology, along with physical search techniques
• Providing customer service professionally and with integrity
• Upholding all regulations with vigilance
• Protecting restricted areas
• Managing conflict
• Communicating clearly and effectively

You will receive paid training at $21.97/hour , increasing to $25.03/hour following the successful completion of training and full certification. You’ll also receive comprehensive benefits and a great uniform!
