PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) – Cape Town

A respected medium-sized building contractor is looking to appoint an experienced PrCPM (Professional Construction Project Manager) to lead construction teams and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality building projects across Cape Town. If you're a strong leader with a proven track record in managing construction projects from planning through to completion, we'd like to hear from you. Key Requirements: Registered PrCPM with SACPCMP (essential). Minimum 8 years' building construction experience. Proven ability to lead site teams, subcontractors, and project staff. Strong knowledge of project planning, programming, budgeting, and cost control. Excellent client liaison and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple project priorities while maintaining quality, safety, and programme. Valid driver's licence.
