Practice/Business Manager

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our well-established GP practice, serving approximately 7,000 patients in the greater Dungannon area.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and progressive practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care. Working closely with the GP Partners, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient management of the practice, leading and supporting the administrative team, overseeing financial and operational performance, and driving continuous service improvement.

Whilst experience within a healthcare setting is desirable, we welcome applications from candidates with strong leadership, operational management and people management experience who can demonstrate the skills required to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
