Job Summary
Directs the activities of team members within assigned area and ensures the delivery of optimal patient flow and patient satisfaction. Trains team members and serves as a liaison between providers, team members and practice manager in daily operations. Supports charge capture processing, standard work, process improvement and practice staffing. Manages team members performance and development and ensures policy adherence.
Essential Functions
+ Oversees patient flow while adhering to standard work, prepares work schedules, charge capture and identifies opportunities for process improvement. Provides written and oral instructions.
+ Facilitates a positive work environment which supports team member engagement and encourages professional growth. Guides, mentors, motivates, acts as resource and support to team, encouraging continual growth as a professional and self-directed learning.
