The Role
In this key position, you will take ownership of the firm’s day‑to‑day operations while supporting leadership with reporting, strategy, and performance insights.
Duties include:
- Oversee daily operations across legal and administrative teams, ensuring workflow efficiency and service standards
- Monitor performance and produce weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports across budgets, workflows, and key metrics
- Identify inefficiencies and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making
- Support lawyers with data analysis (including Excel and pivot tables) to achieve KPIs
- Assist with reporting for annual performance reviews
- Liaise with internal teams (Client Care, Legal Assistants, Finance) to ensure smooth workflows
- Coordinate external suppliers, including IT and insurance providers
