Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of the newly renovated practice.
• Coach and motivate the optometry team to deliver outstanding patient care.
• Drive continued growth through exceptional service and personalized eyewear solutions.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Licensed Optician Manager.
• Strong leadership skills and experience in a clinical practice environment.
• Ability to collaborate with a Partner Optometrist and foster a vision care community.

Schedule:

• Evening Schedule: No
• Weekend Schedule: Saturday
