PPA HLTA: Lead KS1-2 Classes (Zero Planning)

Tradewind Recruitment is looking for a Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) for PPA cover in Blackpool. This temporary role offers a chance to lead classrooms effectively with all planning provided by experienced teachers, focusing on nurturing an inclusive environment.

The ideal candidate will hold a Level 4 HLTA qualification and have strong classroom management skills, able to adapt to different age groups and the Key Stage curriculum. This rewarding opportunity comes with a pay rate of £130 per day.
