Key Requirements

Core Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 BAU support for Power Platform solutions.
• Troubleshoot, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and resolve production issues.
• Deploy fixes and enhancements through structured release and ALM processes.
• Support Power Platform governance, environment administration, and operational controls.
• Maintain support documentation, SOPs, and knowledge base.
• Collaborate with business users and technical teams for issue resolution and deployments.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps , Power Automate , Dataverse , and Custom API Connectors .
• Strong experience in production support, incident management, and troubleshooting .
• Experience with Solution Packaging, ALM, and controlled deployments .
