Power BI Developer (Bogotá)

Role Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Power BI professional to build and maintain dashboards, reporting, and data models that help our team make fast, data-driven decisions. You’ll own reporting delivery end-to-end, working asynchronously with clear priorities in ClickUp and collaborating via Microsoft Teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and turn them into clear reporting specs (tracked in ClickUp).
• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards/reports (Desktop + Service).
• Create clean, scalable data models (star schema, relationships, calculated tables where needed).
• Develop and optimize DAX measures (time intelligence, rolling metrics, segmentation, cohorts).
• Use Power Query (M) for transformations; build reusable queries and parameters.
• Connect to multiple data sources (Excel/CSV, SQL, cloud apps/APIs, SharePoint/OneDrive, etc.).
