Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage post-sales activities for cybersecurity or network performance monitoring products
- Contribute to large-scale project implementations at local and regional levels
- Perform on-site implementation tasks, including testing, deployment, and documentation
- Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, and conduct research to resolve customer concerns
- Standby for 24x7 maintenance support calls and communicate issues effectively with relevant stakeholders
