Postdoctoral Fellow — AI-Native Wireless & RIS Systems

Tampere University invites applications for a postdoctoral researcher to join the Wireless Systems group in the Electrical Engineering Unit. The project FORMULA3 develops generalizable AI-based resource management methods for FR3 programmable wireless environments.

The work includes theoretical modeling, algorithm design, simulations, and testbed-oriented validation, with occasional travel to international conferences.
