Post-16 Pathways Mentor & Confidence Coach

Prospero Teaching is seeking an experienced mentor to provide emotional support and guidance to a Year 13 student with complex mental health needs. The role involves mentoring focused on building confidence and exploring post-16 pathways in a calm, respectful environment. The mentor will work part-time, primarily in afternoon sessions, starting from a home-based setting and potentially moving to community environments. Candidates should have empathy and experience working with young people facing mental health challenges.
