Permanent, full time (37.5 hpw) including evening and weekend working. Regular on-call shifts and occasional travel across Kent for meetings.

Join us as a Positive Behaviour Support Team Leader, supporting our customer in his own home in Broadstairs. You’ll lead a small, experienced team who know him well.
AR is a gentleman in his 50s with complex mental health needs and atypical autism, as well as mobility and communication needs. He is supported 2:1 at all times. He lives independently and thrives on routine, while enjoying outings, nostalgic music, films and playful interaction. He responds best to calm, kind and gentle people with a good sense of humour—bonus points if you support Tottenham!
