<p><b>Position : Mainframe Developer (Contract W2)</b></p> <p><b>Location : Chandler AZ /Des Moines Iowa (Hybrid Mode)</b></p> <p> </p> <p><b>Job Description : </b></p> <p> </p> <p>Provide Level 2/3 production support for Automated Credit, Rewards, and Credit Card Hub applications<br /> Monitor production systems and ensure system stability and uptime<br /> Analyze and troubleshoot failed mainframe jobs (JCL)<br /> Perform root cause analysis and support ad hoc job executions<br /> Partner with Production Control to restart and recover failed jobs<br /> Respond to business user requests and application team needs<br /> Maintain and update incident tracking (ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence)<br /> Monitor and respond to application group mailboxes<br /> Document incidents, resolutions, and create JIRA stories for follow-up<br /> <br...
