Track and analyze CASA growth, balances, customer mix, and profitability
Build AI-driven dashboards for real-time monitoring of portfolio health
Use predictive analytics to identify trends in acquisition, churn, and engagement
Identify portfolio gaps and recommend data-backed interventions
2. Customer Lifecycle & Engagement
Design and execute lifecycle campaigns (onboarding → activation → retention)
Use propensity models for targeted cross-sell / upsell opportunities
Deploy personalized engagement strategies using customer data insights
