Portfolio Management
Manage a diversified Commercial, Retail and Industrial property portfolio
Maximise asset value and portfolio performance
Ensure properties are professionally maintained to the highest standards
Drive tenant retention and customer satisfaction
Conduct regular property inspections and performance reviews
Leasing & Tenant Management
Negotiate new leases, renewals and lease amendments
Build and maintain strong tenant relationships
Resolve tenant queries efficiently
Manage vacancies and assist with marketing available space
Drive occupancy across the portfolio
Financial Management
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets
Monitor income, expenditure and portfolio profitability
Manage arrears and credit control
Review monthly financial reports and variance analysis
