What will you do?
- Upload and manage invoices in customer portals
- Ensure accurate and complete documentation
- Track and follow up on outstanding invoices
- Support internal and external customer inquiries
- Collaborate closely with collection teams
- Handle questions or inquiries related to customer’s invoices.
- Maintain complete supporting correspondence for all invoice submissions.
