Port Captain

We are seeking an experienced Port Captain to join our team and oversee daily port operations while ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant marine activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a port or shipping company
• Strong knowledge of port operations, vessel handling, and cargo handling procedures
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and make sound operational decisions
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant operational software
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
