General Purpose:Serves guests food and beverage items in a prompt, professional and courteous manner. Creates memorable dining experiences through personalized and genuine interactions. Assists with department training, development and implementing customer service standards. Seasonal Pool Position May-August Essential Duties:
Ensures guests are immediately attended to upon arrival and manages customer traffic flow in the dining area.
Assists with setting tables and rearranging tables to accommodate larger parties.
Responds to customer questions or concerns regarding any menu item or various other facets of food service.
Ensures guests are satisfied with the service provided and that items are replenished as needed and maintains a clean and clutter free dining area.
Communicates guest concerns or comments immediately to management.
