Pool Attendant (Open) – REQ13582

In accordance with the policies, procedures and standards of Melco Resorts Leisure (PHP) Corp, the Pool Attendant is responsible for servicing guests at the Health Club and Spa in a friendly and courteous manner. They work to achieve maximum efficiency and promote teamwork among associates while observing and enforcing objectives, policies, standards and procedures. The attendant attends to all guest needs throughout the area and provides luxury service to all guests.

Primary Responsibilities

• Identify returning guests and VIPs.
• Ensure each guest contact session is consistent to create a delightful experience.
• Ensure guests of the Health Club & Pool follow the rules and safety regulations stipulated by the Company and local laws.
• Open and close the pool areas according to established check‑lists and standards.
