FT position, 7p to 7a. Rotating schedule to accommodate needs. Sleep Center is closed on Sundays so would not be part of the scheduled shifts.
At Houston Methodist, the Polysomnographic Technologist position is responsible for performing polysomnographic procedures under the general supervision of the clinical/medical director or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. As a member of the direct patient care team, this position provides direct assistance to physicians and other health care professionals with sleep disorder-related procedures within the scope of the professional licensure. The Polysomnographic Technologist position delivers exceptional patient care and adheres to standards and guidelines established by the Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists (BRPT), American Academy of Sleep Medicine (AASM) and Houston Methodist to ensure optimal patient safety and customer service by working independently, exercising so...
