- Ensure compliance with all applicable environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations and company policies. Develop, implement, and monitor environmental programs including waste management, pollution control, and sustainability initiatives.
- Conduct regular site inspections, risk assessments, and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare and submit regulatory reports to government agencies as required.
- Serve as the Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and Safety Officer 3 (SO3) or higher, ensuring adherence to DOLE and DENR standards.
- Lead incident investigations and implement preventive measures.
- Coordinate and deliver occupational health and safety training programs.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Any other tasks assigned by your superiors.
