Polish-Speaking SDR: Outbound B2B Tech Sales in Madrid

Eco Plus Solutions AB in Madrid is seeking a self-motivated Sales Development Representative to drive growth in the Polish market. You will conduct high-volume outbound outreach, qualify leads, and book discovery meetings for Account Executives, using CRM tools to manage activity.

Work fully on-site in our Madrid office, with a Monday–Thursday 09:00–18:00 schedule and Friday 09:00–15:00. Base salary of €30,000 gross per year plus uncapped commissions and a quarterly super-bonus.
