We are seeking a Policy Specialist Lead to join our team in Austin, TX. This role will support policy development, analysis, and implementation in a fast-paced, hybrid environment. The Policy Specialist Lead will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with organizational priorities, regulatory requirements, and best practices in technology, Trust & Safety, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Research, analyze, and draft policy documents, guidance, and recommendations to support organizational decision-making.
Monitor and interpret regulatory, legal, and industry developments relevant to technology, compliance, and Trust & Safety.
Partner with cross-functional teams (legal, operations, product, engineering, and Trust & Safety) to evaluate and implement policy updates.
Review, interpret, and refine policies to ensure clarity, consistency, and operational alignment.
