Podcast Program Lead — End-to-End Production & Delivery

The Front Lines in Argentina is seeking an Executive Producer to own end-to-end delivery of multiple podcast programs, ensuring client satisfaction and top-quality output. You will manage guest booking, scheduling, and interview prep, coordinating with editors and designers to maintain a high standard of content.

You will also drive AI-assisted creation of show notes, titles, episode summaries, and social copy, while upholding rigorous workflows and checklists.
