Podcast Account Manager

We’re hiring an Executive Producer based in Argentina to own the end-to-end delivery, quality, and client experience of multiple podcast programs. This role is accountable for outcomes, not task execution. You are the final owner of what clients and guests see.

What you’ll own

• End-to-end ownership of assigned podcast programs, from guest booking to publishing
• Guest outreach, scheduling, and preparation to ensure smooth interviews
• Use of AI prompts to create show notes, titles, episode summaries, and social copy
• Production workflows with editors, designers, and content teams
• Quality control across all assets before anything is published
• On‑time delivery of every episode and content asset
• Clear, proactive communication with clients and guests
