# P&OBP Internship
We are looking for a P&OBP Intern to join our People & Organization Department in our business unit Bolton Food based in Italy.
## How you make the difference
You will support the Industrial P&O team in recruiting, training, engagement projects and internal communication.
## How your agenda looks like:
* You will collaborate with the Industrial P&O Team in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interviews, etc.) and in the onboarding of new hires.
* You will assist in the implementation of the Training Plan (liaising with suppliers, managing records, preparing classrooms and materials, managing training funds such as Fondimpresa, etc.).
* You will support the Industrial P&O Team in reporting activities.
* You will be involved in internal communication initiatives.
