PMO / Strategy Consultant - Transformation Programme (m/f/d)

Location: Geneva, Duration: 5 months

The Role

We are looking for consultants (2-5 years' experience) to support a large-scale organisational transformation programme within a complex international environment.

You will provide analytical, PMO, and coordination support to a central strategy team, helping drive cross‑functional initiatives and decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support (modelling, business cases, data synthesis)
• Structure complex problems and support strategic decision‑making
• Support PMO activities (tracking milestones, risks, reporting)
• Develop high‑quality presentations and executive materials
• Coordinate across workstreams and stakeholders
• Contribute to change management and stakeholder engagement
