Job Description
Lead DEPA's PMO as the central integrator across all live projects (UAE & KSA), ensuring on‑time, on‑budget, on‑quality delivery with strong governance, risk control, and reporting to the Managing Director.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish and enforce PMO framework — standards, workflows, templates, and reporting cadence.
- Own portfolio‑level planning, cost, schedule, and risk control across all live projects.
- Deliver executive dashboards and monthly performance reviews to MD and Board.
- Oversee governance, compliance, change control, and claims management.
- Coordinate cross‑functionally with Commercial, Planning, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and Finance.
- Lead PMO software / digital dashboard rollout (Power BI).
- Mentor Project Managers and Directors across UAE and KSA.
