Pmo director – professional services

Responsibilities Partner with Sales and Delivery leadership in structured deal review cycles for consulting/services engagements Own audit readiness and compliance for the PMO function Maintain PMO tools and build proof of concepts for a new technology stack Identify and drive automation opportunities across the services lifecycle Develop global business processes, policies, and procedures for the assigned business unit Requirements 8–12+ years of experience in PMO, Professional Services/Consulting Operations, or Business Operations Strong experience operating from a regional hub supporting North America stakeholders Deep, hands‑on experience with PSA/resource management platforms (Upland, Certinia etc.) and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Strong working knowledge of project/portfolio management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, or similar) Advanced Excel and BI proficiency (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) for building operational and audit‑ready dashboards Solid understanding of revenue recognit...
