Key Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised 1:1 tutoring sessions to students with SEN, and PMLD needs, ensuring engagement and progress in their learning.
- Plan and deliver a bespoke, multi‑sensory curriculum, incorporating music, sensory play, and creative activities to meet each learner’s individual needs.
- Develop and adapt lesson plans to suit a wide range of learning styles and physical/emotional needs.
- Support students’ social, emotional, and communication development alongside their academic progress.
- Create a safe, supportive, and encouraging learning environment tailored to each pupil.
