Job Description
Provide field supervision and leadership to the preventive maintenance staff in performing maintenance a verity of industrial mechanical equipment at an institutional setting. Using experience of the trades ( HVAC , Electrical, Plumbing) and manufacture recommended to ensure equipment is maintained properly and as designed. To perform inspections of equipment and make minor repairs or adjustments and needed to equipment and provide technical guidance to staff as needed to ensure equipment is maintained properly. This position is designated “essential personnel” for emergency closings.
