Key Responsibilities
• Communicates with all management levels including senior executives
• Works primarily with project team and project leaders and project sponsors
• Interacts with all levels of stakeholders
• Accountable for vendor management and vendor relationship management
• Manage large/high complexity projects independently across domains, technologies, regions, and SBUs/Functions; Projects/Programs are multi-year multiple million-dollar capital projects that may include IT and non-IT spend
• Manage a program across multiple SBUs/Functions and regions
• Manages integrated change control process
• Identifies and manages project risk; coaches team members on risk management
• Understands current industry trends and contributes to the setting of project management best practices and processes
• Makes recommendations and may sponsor continuous improvement initiatives
