Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain and repair pipe including joints, valves, drains and fixtures in commercial properties.
- Respond to plumbing emergencies, determine issues and perform repairs.
- Perform regular planned maintenance of plumbing systems.
- Assist with cleaning and chlorination of hot and cold-water systems.
- Conduct CWST inspections and maintenance.
- Maintain and service TMVs.
Qualifications
- UK recognised Plumbing Qualification.
- Working knowledge of Water Regulations/Byelaws.
- Basic IT skills – able to use phone/tablet to record information, take photos, etc.
- Attention to detail.
- Competent working independently.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Organised – can manage own paperwork.
- Flexible.
