Job Description
- Perform routine inspection, troubleshooting, and repairs on water lines, drainage systems, and sanitary fixtures.
- Conduct preventive maintenance on pipes, valves, pumps, toilets, sinks, heaters, and related plumbing equipment.
- Repair leaks, blockages, and damaged piping systems in a timely manner.
- Install, replace, and fit plumbing fixtures and components as required.
- Ensure proper water pressure and flow throughout the facility.
- Maintain plumbing tools, materials, and equipment in good working condition.
- Respond to emergency repair requests and perform corrective actions immediately.
- Coordinate with electricians, HVAC technicians, and other maintenance staff for joint tasks.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, parts used, and completed work.
- Follow safety standards and ensure compliance with building codes and company policies.
