Plumber - New Build Housing (1st Fix)

We are recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a well‑established contractor. This is a static, long‑term position based on a single site, offering consistent hours and a steady workflow across multiple plots. The role is ideal for a Plumber who enjoys structured site work and wants ongoing stability.
Key Responsibilities
- 1st Fix Installations - full pipework runs, internal services, and preparation for 2nd fix
- Installation of hot & cold water systems in line with site specifications
- Working from technical drawings and site plans
- Coordinating with site managers, supervisors, and other trades to maintain build schedules
- Ensuring all work meets current building regulations and quality standards
