Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Plymouth, Devon (covering Devon & Cornwall)
Salary: Up to £39,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
Our client is a well-established national property maintenance and refurbishment contractor delivering services across a range of sectors, including healthcare, defence, education, commercial, leisure, and residential housing.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Plumber / Multi-Trade Operative to join their team, working across Devon and Cornwall on void properties, kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programmes, and major repairs projects.
This is a plumbing-led role with opportunities to utilise additional trade skills to support project completion and deliver high-quality results.
