An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Plot Sales Conveyancer to join a well-established and highly regarded Real Estate team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a specialist conveyancing environment supporting a broad range of residential property transactions for developers, investors, lenders, and private clients.
The successful candidate will be responsible for issuing and preparing contract packs using pre-prepared standard documentation following receipt of memorandum of sale, dealing with pre-contract enquiries where required, processing exchanges of contracts, managing part exchange purchases and resales, preparing completion statements, and handling completion procedures.
