PLC & Machine Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities
PLC & Automation
 Program, troubleshoot, modify, and maintain PLC-controlled machinery.
 Diagnose and resolve PLC, HMI, sensors, drives, servo motors, VFDs, and
automation-related faults.
 Develop and improve automation systems for production efficiency.
 Maintain electrical control panels and industrial automation systems.
 Coordinate with machine suppliers for PLC integration and troubleshooting.
Machine Maintenance
 Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.  Maintain coating machines, slitting machines, packing machines, cutting
machines, and related equipment.
 Handle mechanical maintenance including dies, cutters, bearings, rollers, shafts,
and pneumatic systems.
 Ensure smooth machine operation with minimum downtime.
 Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults efficiently.
Installation & Projects
 Supervise installation, commissioning, and startup of new machinery.
