Platform Product Management Specialist (IAM)

CORE PROFILE

As a Senior Platform Product Specialist, you will support the Core Platforms lead by driving the strategy, roadmap, and execution of Maya’s Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Accounts Management platforms. You will ensure these platforms are secure, compliant, reliable, scalable, and aligned with business and regulatory requirements through data-driven product decisions and Agile delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Own and enhance IAM and Accounts Management platforms that support customer onboarding, authentication, account lifecycle management, wallet limits, and transaction eligibility.
• Define and execute platform roadmaps, balancing customer experience, security, compliance, and business objectives.
• Create and maintain product documentation, including PRDs, service memos, and platform requirements.
