Job Description
We are looking for a Manager, Platform Engineering for an existing vacancy in our IS team. At CC&L Financial Group, technology platforms help our investment, operations, and client‑facing teams move with confidence. This role is a hands‑on engineering manager who leads a small platform engineering team focused on systems integration, control, and automation foundations that support systematic investment operations.
Our offices operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in‑office and remote working days throughout the week.
What You Will Do
Lead and mentor a small team of platform system integration and reliability engineers while staying close to design and delivery.
