Platform Engineering Lead - Kubernetes & Cloud Native

Ärztekasse Genossenschaft in the Zurich area (Urdorf) is seeking a Head of Platform Engineering to lead and shape our platform at scale. The role covers strategy, architecture, and roadmap for our CDM Cloud Platform (Kubernetes) while ensuring availability, security, and reliability.

You will guide a team of about 8 engineers, drive automation and GitOps, collaborate with cross-functional leaders, manage budgets and vendors, and help create an engineering culture with a strong focus on delivery.
