Responsibilities Lead and direct hardware technical marketing engineers and their functions, responsibilities, and deliverables.
Manage and oversee service support to hardware, software, and platform customers.
Act as liaison between customers and manufacturing, sales, and field sales teams.
Respond to customer requests or events as they occur, providing technical marketing ownership throughout the product life cycle.
Serve as technical expert, consultant, analyst, and program manager as required.
Identify key trends in hardware devices and technology relevant to Intel's strategic messaging.
Participate in new product development, representing customers' technical needs and creating competitive analysis.
