Plastic Injection Moulder Setter/Op

We are looking for a Plastic Injection Moulder Setter/Op on behalf of a busy client in Walsall.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Set up, start, and optimise plastic injection moulding machines and associated ancillary equipment.

• Carry out machine and tooling changes, including tool changes, colour changes, and machine modifications, safely and efficiently.

• Lead, supervise, and support a team of production operatives to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Mentor and develop team members to improve performance, skills, and productivity.

• Ensure machine changeovers are completed with minimal downtime while maintaining quality standards.

Hours

Mon – Fri 06:00am -14:00pm

Mon – Fri 14:00pm – 22:00pm

Pay Rate

£15.00ph
