Our client is searching for a Plant Technical Manager to join their team in Rosslyn.
Job Purpose
Lead the Technical team in ensuring efficient asset lifecycle management i.e. purchasing correct equipment, operating as per standards, maintenance, repair, replacement, problem solving to achieve safety, quality, asset availability and reliability goals.
Key Responsibilities
Health and Safety
Ensure employee safety is number one priority throughout the plant with zero onsite fatality rate and achieving Lost Time Injury Frequency Rate (LTIFR) targets
Ensure compliance to legal and statutory requirements (GMR 2.1)
Plant, Equipment and employee safety
Practice and work according to safety standards and regulations
Drive behavioural based safety
Drive risk identification and mitigation
