Plant Reliability & Maintenance Lead

Network Contracting is seeking a skilled maintenance engineer based in Soweto, South Africa. You will be responsible for overseeing maintenance engineering strategies to ensure maximum plant uptime and reliability, while leading root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions for equipment failures.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and have 5-10 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Key competencies include strong leadership, project management, and safety compliance. Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is essential.
