Plant Performance & Operations Excellence Lead

Ferrero International in Viña del Mar, Chile is seeking a Plant Performance & Projects Lead for their Hazelnut Company team. The role focuses on driving performance improvement through the Ferrero Operational Excellence Program.

The ideal candidate will lead cross-functional projects and collaborate with Plant Managers to execute operational priorities. A degree in engineering and solid experience in Lean Manufacturing is required, along with fluency in Spanish and English.
