Develops plans, designs, resource requirements, and cost estimates for construction and maintenance projects involving generation maintenance projects and facilities. Writes and assembles work packages consisting of drawings, work descriptions and procedures, and necessary parts to direct crews throughout operations. Functions as a Plant Planner and is a key member of the Process Leadership team. Has shared responsibility with the Process Owner and Process Engineer, for managing assigned physical processes to meet established performance objectives.
