Job Description
Manage off-shift plant operations as a Plant Operations Shift Supervisor, focusing on safety, efficiency, and quality. Work collaboratively to troubleshoot and enhance production processes.
Reporting to the Production Manager, you will supervise all aspects of plant operations during off-shift hours. Key functions include monitoring health and safety compliance and ensuring effective production flow while collaborating with the Maintenance team for troubleshooting tasks. Developing new production techniques will also be part of your responsibilities to help improve efficiency and reduce costs.
